Patty is an avid sewist who loves vintage and modern textiles, especially vintage quilts, and upcycles then into one-of-a-kind, wearable art.  She loves to quilt, make bags, and upcycling and reusing old and new quilts and quilt tops into jackets.  She is dedicated to preserving and repurposing old and modern quilts in every aspect of her work - she believes that every quilt has a story, and she helps you narrate the tale.  She has sewn all her life but only started quilting adter she retired from active service.  While she loves piecing a quilt top together, she enjoys longarm quilting more.  She has taught most of her adult life in the professional and academic world, now she also teaches bad making, quilting and sewing classes.
